Description:
Zenith Model 6R087 Console Radio with 78rpm phonograph/record changer - takes 10" or 12" records. Built in 1946, this excellent Zenith AM band radio is of superheterodyne design (with a high gain tuned RF stage ahead of the superheterodyne circuit). The radio has been reconditioned with new tubes, new capacitors, and a new grill cloth. The phonograph needs a new motor and the pick up needle may need replacement. It is in great overall condition. With it's built in antenna, sound and reception are excellent.
