This fixture is functional and ready for installation. This is truly a unique decor piece. A must have! Measurements: 21" inches in diameter 21" inches to 45" inches in length Four bulbs will be needed. Condition: It is in very good condition. The brass has some marks/ rust from being used. The glass has a very small flea bite on the edge of the glass. This lamp has been professionally rewired by Hippo Hardware in Portland, Oregon. Being retractable allows you to pull the fixture up and down.
